Here at Merlin’s Hide Out, our Buffalo Fur Vest is based on historic and classic style. Made using the same process as our customer-loved Buffalo Fur Coat, our Buffalo Fur Vest will wrap you in amazing warmth.

Buffalo Fur: Warm and Durable

Buffalo fur has been used for hundreds of years to keep hunters and trappers warm no matter the weather. Consisting of a dense and thick outer layer and a silky smooth downy under layer, buffalo fur is naturally insulating and moisture wicking.

Our Buffalo Fur Vest is made using only prime winter fur, ensuring that it is the highest quality. We also garment tan each hide that is used to create our Buffalo Fur Vest. This makes each fur vest soft and flexible while offering incredible durability no matter what you throw at it. Each vest features a hook and loop closure with two exterior pockets (to keep your hands nice and warm), as well as two interior breast pockets (to keep your phone safe). The interior of each vest is lined with a cotton/polyester blend.

No two buffalo hides are the same, so each Merlin’s Hide Out Buffalo Fur is unique to the wearer. Ranging in color from light caramel browns to deep dark coffee browns, our Buffalo Fur Vests are incredibly versatile. Each vest is handcrafted at our shop and we offer both men’s and women’s fit.
