Note that products are subject to export restrictions and fees. Therefore, some products cannot be shipped to specific international destinations.
All shipments to FPO or APO Addresses and outside of the Continental United States require additional shipping and handling costs. Please review shipping charges at checkout and contact us if you have any questions.
For orders totaling $500 or greater, we ship direct signature required.

International Shipping Information:

Shipping to Canada is available via normal checkout. Please review shipping charges at checkout and contact us if you have any questions.
We do not ship outside the United States and Canada.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please inquire with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellation Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are not happy with the product received we will issue a refund or exchange on receipt of the returned product. This must be within 14 days of purchase; the product must be in a fully resalable condition and must include all the contents of your order. All freight/postage will be at customer’s expense.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You may cancel your order by contacting us. To recover our transactions fees from cancelled orders, a cancellation fee may apply.
